1. Definitions
“The Company”: Refers to Cavalry Enterprise (202303081451 (003482970-T)).
“Principal Client”: Refers to the upstream logistics provider, e-commerce platform, or corporate entity (e.g., J&T Express, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) for whom the specific delivery task is performed.
2. Standard Payment Schedule
The Company adheres to the following payout cycle for all independent contractors and riders:
- Cycle A: Jobs completed between the 1st – 15th of the month will be processed for payment on the 2nd of the following month.
- Cycle B: Jobs completed between the 16th – 31st of the month will be processed for payment on the 17th of the following month.
3. Conditional Payment Clause (“Pay-When-Paid”)
Notwithstanding the schedule above, all payouts are strictly conditional upon The Company first receiving cleared funds from the Principal Client.
- In the event that the Principal Client delays, withholds, or suspends payment to The Company for any reason, the payout dates listed in Clause 2 will be automatically rescheduled to a date after funds are successfully received by The Company.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the payment date without prior notice based on the Principal Client’s actual disbursement schedule.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any financial hardship, losses, damages, or secondary issues arising from delays caused by the Principal Client. By accepting tasks from Cavalry Enterprise, you acknowledge that payout timelines are dependent on external factors beyond The Company’s control.

“Syarikat”: Merujuk kepada Cavalry Enterprise (202303081451 (003482970-T)).
“Pelanggan Utama”: Merujuk kepada penyedia logistik huluan, platform e-dagang, atau entiti korporat (contohnya: J&T Express, Shopee, Lazada, dll.) yang mana tugasan penghantaran tersebut dilakukan.
2. Jadual Pembayaran Standard
Syarikat mematuhi kitaran pembayaran berikut bagi semua kontraktor bebas dan penghantar (rider):
- Kitaran A: Tugasan yang diselesaikan antara 1hb – 15hb akan diproses untuk pembayaran pada 2hb bulan berikutnya.
- Kitaran B: Tugasan yang diselesaikan antara 16hb – 31hb akan diproses untuk pembayaran pada 17hb bulan berikutnya.
3. Klausa Pembayaran Bersyarat (“Bayar-Bila-Dibayar”)
Walaupun jadual di atas ditetapkan, semua pembayaran adalah tertakluk sepenuhnya kepada penerimaan dana daripada Pelanggan Utama oleh pihak Syarikat terlebih dahulu.
- Sekiranya Pelanggan Utama lewat, menahan, atau menangguhkan pembayaran kepada Syarikat atas apa jua sebab, tarikh pembayaran yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 2 akan dijadualkan semula secara automatik kepada tarikh selepas dana diterima oleh Syarikat.
- Syarikat berhak untuk meminda tarikh pembayaran tanpa notis awal bergantung kepada jadual pembayaran sebenar Pelanggan Utama.
4. Had Liabiliti (Penafian Tanggungjawab)
Syarikat tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kesulitan kewangan, kerugian, kerosakan, atau isu berbangkit yang timbul akibat kelewatan pembayaran oleh Pelanggan Utama. Dengan menerima tugasan daripada Cavalry Enterprise, anda mengakui bahawa jadual pembayaran adalah bergantung kepada faktor luaran di luar kawalan Syarikat.
